📍 Location (in person): Irene Poell’s Yoga Studio at Het Cwartier in Weert Room 107 — Plan your route. A soft, light-filled studio — the perfect place to land and ease into your practice.

🦶 Feet: we practise Qigong barefoot. Prefer socks? That’s perfectly fine too.

👖 Clothing & equipment: comfy and loose-fitting. Mats are provided; all you need to bring is yourself.

💻 Online (Zoom): you’ll receive the link on Sunday evening. Camera on or off, as you prefer; only I appear in the replay.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. You can join anytime. We build each class gently, and I guide you step by step.

Can I switch between in person and online?

Yes. As a member you’re free to choose each week what works best for you.

What if I miss a class?

You’ll receive the replay within 24 hours, and you can catch up anytime as long as you’re a member.

When do the classes start?

Monday 29 September 2025. After that, every Monday.
