Where required, consent may be used for activities such as:
- sending marketing emails or newsletters;
- placing non-essential cookies;
- or using personal information for another optional purpose that has been clearly explained to you.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
For legitimate interests
Personal data may also be processed where this is reasonably necessary for legitimate business interests, provided those interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
This may include maintaining website and service security, responding to enquiries, preventing misuse, keeping appropriate business records and improving services.

Products and services purchased through dominiqueboesten.nl may be processed through WooCommerce.
Online payments may be processed by payment providers such as Mollie and PayPal.

Where reasonably possible, you may participate with your camera switched off and choose not to speak.
Recordings will be used for the purposes communicated to participants. Participation in a recorded class does not in itself constitute permission to use your image, voice or contribution publicly for advertising or promotional purposes.
